Rolie where are you hiding have not heard from you in quite awhile. What is the deal with the women at Alabama St I thought they would build upon what they did in '15 they were the darlings of the track world making it to Eugene have some of their top runners undergone injuries lately.I assume you know about that sprint factory developing in Greensboro at A&T.Has Dickson lost interest in running the hurdles I figured him to be a top flight hurdler to make the NCAA finals he can't even handle fellow hurdlers in the MEAC.Chris Belcher is the king of speed in the MEAC!!!!!

That's some very, very nice sprinting. Is he a Senior? What are his plans, do you know.

And...I think there's just 4 of us anymore who come around.

Yes, only four it seems these days.    But the wealth of knowledge appears even stronger!

DeTorrian Green of Alabama A&M won the SWAC 200 crown in 20.74 Keon Campbell of PVAM won the SWAC 100 10.21.I think Campbell is headed for 10.1 territory in the regionals.

The SEC/ACC are up next this weekend

And both broadcasted on ESPN. Expect LSU, Florida, A&M et al to bring it to Columbia, SC!

Kentucky has been somewhat disappointing this spring, IMHO. Hopefully they will step up as well this weekend.

PAC-12 in Eugene will be fun also this weekend.   The Lady Ducks and Trojans will battle in the sprints.  The men's 400 will be interesting if Norman and Chambers compete in that event.

I want to compare times with the MEAC towards the SEC.Last yr Belcher's winning times were good enough to win in the SEC.

Folks the regionals are around the corner!!!!

It's been awhile since the West has generated the type of quality that it seems to show these days. Thanks most recently, of course, to the outstanding coaches at Oregon, USC, Texas et al.

The East will be as strong as they have for decades thanks to staffs on LSU, Florida and Kentucky, to name a few. Rising stars are exciting as well.

SEC rarely disappoints.

  • As Dwight Stones said, "Donovan who?"   I've been a fan of Devin Dixon since his relay carrys during the indoor campaign.   Point made by Rawson.
  • Some nice battles on those 4x4s.   Richards and Kerley going out it on leg 2!
  • Allen and Bloomfield of Auburn.   Quite entertaining to say the least!
  • LSU women sprinters- what can you say?   Year after year after year...   I was quite astonished with Dennis Shavers comment to me back in December when I asked him the same thing practically.
  • And there are some rising schools ready to challenge LSU and Florida!
